Flagler Cares is a county-wide database and case-management system that will allow us to direct individuals to the services they need as well as to help agencies coordinate their services and communicate with each other.
SMA Health provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for women, some of whom may be pregnant, or parenting young children. Children age 5 and under may reside with their mother in the program.
NFCAA provides community education, financial stability and healthy lives alleviating the devastating effects of poverty. Programs in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns Counties.

Give an Hour provides no-cost counseling through a network of volunteer mental health professionals and empower community through collaborative programs, peer support and educational opportunities that benefit both clients and providers.

Onsite currently offers world-renowned emotional wellness retreats, therapeutic intensives, residential trauma care, and digital resources.
